Pepper sauce made in about 48 hours of slow cooking of natural ingredients. Sauce prepared on the basis of a naturally reduced stock of root vegetables and beef and poultry bones. There is also no shortage of green pepper and red wine.
Natural sauce, produced in a traditional way, without the use of enzymes. Naturally thickened by the method of slow evaporation of the broth.
